ISTANBUL, October 15, 2026, RTC, today announced that its RTC Suite United Arab Emirates (UAE) e-Invoicing Solution is now available on SAP® Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. The solution integrates with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA to help organizations manage invoice creation, validation, exchange and processing status.

UAE e-invoicing services are provided through RTC, which is listed by the UAE Ministry of Finance as an accredited service provider under accreditation number 139410. RTC is the solution publisher on SAP Store.
Connected invoice operations: Review invoice records, validation results, XML and PDF previews, and processing history in one workspace. Create invoices through configured integration, manual entry or supported bulk import, with manual release or automatic sending.
Operational dashboards: UAE Insight and UAE Intelligence add visibility into invoice volumes, processing states and trends, helping teams identify pending work and investigate changes in activity.
Finance intelligence: UAE Intelligence adds inbound invoice integration, a CFO cockpit, correlation analysis and AI-assisted anomaly investigation. Teams can review supporting records and prioritize finance follow-up.
The solution runs on RTC-managed SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) through the SAP OEM partner model. The runtime for licensed RTC services is included. Application logic operates outside the ERP core, with no RTC add-on installed there, to support a clean core approach.
Supported interfaces connect SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition. Integration scope, supported releases and downstream finance workflows are agreed for each implementation.
Customers can select UAE Essential, UAE Insight or UAE Intelligence according to their processing and analytics needs. Each edition includes 10,000 documents per subscription year; additional document volumes are charged at the contracted rate. Setup fees and minimum contract terms apply as shown on SAP Store.
