Requirements

Who Are We Searching For?

  • Experienced Professionals: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Customer Success Management (CSM), Account Management, or Post-Sales services, preferably within the B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree from esteemed universities in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or Administrative Sciences.
  • Relationship Architects: Skilled in building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with corporate clients; capable of acting as a “Trusted Advisor.”
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to analyze customer health scores, usage data, and KPIs to proactively identify churn risks and implement retention strategies.
  • Strategic Coordinators: Excellence in acting as a bridge between Technical (IT), Product, and Sales teams to translate customer needs into actionable business outcomes.
  • Superior Communication Skills: Professionals who can effectively manage challenging client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and handle reporting in a sophisticated manner.
  • Proactive & Growth-Oriented: Self-motivated individuals dedicated to increasing customer ROI and continuously seeking innovative ways to improve the customer journey.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential for effective global stakeholder coordination.
